Lakes & Parks

We have three lakes and two rivers all surrounding Eureka Springs.

At Beaver Lake, the areas biggest there are several picnic and swim areas with the closest boat rentals at Starkey's marina. There is GREAT fishing on Beaver lake including the biggest fish in the region... the striper.

On Table Rock Lake is the Holiday Island Marina. This is less than ten miles from Eureka Springs and they rent everything from pontoon boats to kayaks.

Our biggest city park is Lake Leatherwood. Here is a no wake lake that has swimming and great picnicking but also has miles of bike paths, soccer and softball fields and playgrounds for the kids. You can rent paddle boats or canoes and the lake also is home to many forms of exotic birds that come to this area over the winter.

In the city itself you find Harmon park which has a great playground and also is where the city's skatepark is located.
